Brews into a musty golden green color.

Aroma:
Smoky yellow grass with roasted chestnuts.

Taste:
Smooth and warming with strong notes of grass and bitter melon.  There's an herbal bitterness with a slight cane sugar sweetness. The smoke flavors linger in the mouth after the last sip leaving a nutty sweetness.
