The Jasmine flower is a very fragrant flower.  Earliest cultivated samples have been traced back to the time of the Song Dynasty (960-1279).  Tea made from Jasmine flowers are usually blended with green or white tea to create a harmonious concoction that soothes both mind and body.

Appearance:
Brews into a pale golden green color.

Taste:
Medium bodied and smooth to drink with the tannins sneaking up from behind.  The classic grassiness found in green tea combines with the jasmine richness lends to an enjoyable complexity.  It ends with a slightly bitter finish but with a grand finale of sweetness in the mouth.
