Our grounded yerba offers a smoother less leafy experience.  The stems are included to add a depth of flavor and should be strained out after brewing.  Similar to Japanese matcha tea, the fine grounding allows for the convenience of mate enjoyment.

A smokey grass-like aroma with hints of roasted chestnuts.

Taste:
Intense notes of grass with subtle burnt popcorn. There's grittiness from the ground leaves with a slight cane sugar sweetness.  Like most mates the smoke flavors linger in the mouth with a nutty sweetness.
