A tea based on flowers, in the same family as Chrysanthenum.  This daisy-like plant gets its name from the greek word chamaimēlon or "earth-apple" for its apple-like smell.  It is characterized as a very soothing and delightful flower that can be used for many culinary and imbibing purposes.
