Legend has it that the mother of a Ming dynasty emperor had her ailments cured by this particular tea.  To honor the tea and it's healing properties, the emperor sent big red robes to wrap the four tea bushes.  Recently, cuttings from these four original trees have auctioned for over half a million dollars a pound.

Appearance:
Brews into a yellow ochre color.

Aroma:
Light roasted tea leaves that gives us a fragrant cedar aroma.

Taste:
Overcast with hints of vanilla, pine and applewood.  It is full bodied with a decent amount of tannins that communicates a tantalizing sweetness on the finish.
